Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

President Obama has recently appointed Richard Corday as director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Director Corday has promised to enforce mortgage rules and there will be real consequences for those that take unfair advantage of consumers. We are encouraging our clients (and non clients) who feel they have been unjustly treated to file complaints against the servicers of their loans.

We are hoping the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will begin to see the same patterns of abuse that we are seeing on a daily basis. If you’d like to file a complaint please use this LINK.

We were scammed by a loan modification firm in Florida for $1750. I filed a complaint with my state attorney general and Florida’s. They have my complaint going before a board. It’s been there for months and I’m still trying to save my home. Since then I have had more scammers just comming out of the wood work to “help” for a large fee. I can’t weed thru all of the dishonest organizations, law firms etc. to get help. We are scared to death and praying that hsi trust can help us! I heart aches for all of the american people that can’t get honest answers and help. The banks have TOO much control! The government bailed them out and now where are they when we need help?

Hi, I’m not affiliated with HSI trust but I do have several bank protest blogs and I am encouraging you all to sign the HSI petition to help a family that had their home parallel foreclosed upon and then sold by Wells Fargo even though the family was completely compliant with their government mandated mortgage payment strucuture.

Please help another family keep their home, and the success of that mission may eventually bless your own situation.

If you agree to sign the petition, you don’t have to use your real address or zip code if you don’t want to, just make one up. However I would suggest using your real name and correct email address.
